We want you to see the world perfectly. If your frame fitting or prescription is not comfortable, we will help you swap it.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund. The product must be unused, with its original box, tags and certificate cards intact.

2. Prescription Lens Limitations

Custom-fitted prescription lenses are crafted specifically for your eyes. Therefore, while frames are fully refundable, prescription lens coatings or customizations are only eligible for correction, not direct cash refunds.

3. Showroom Adjustment Services

If your frame is sliding down or feels tight, we offer complimentary hand-adjustments and styling fittings for all purchases at our Rourkela stores. No appointment is needed for adjustments.
